How are the bots installed on my website?
We send you a code that can be pasted onto your website. Your web designer/ programmer will understand and be able to do it with minimal effort
What if I want a refund?
No matter which service you select we will honor the terms of that agreement as per the stated terms and deal. You can pay through stripe or paypal, which both provide a dispute resolution service should there be a problem for some reason.
Can I upgrade my Basic Bot to another Bot?
Of course. We charge you for the difference in set up, and your monthly fee can be adjusted accordingly
